Enrich task failures

Resolved: Enrich workers stabilized after continuing the affected Temporal workflow as new; enrichment processing recovering.

We’re investigating an issue causing some Enrich tasks to fail/crash, which may impact enrichment/list-building. We’re monitoring recovery and working on a fix.
