Slow app loading and web request errors

Resolved: performance has recovered after scaling instances and reducing cached workflows; task backlog is back to normal.

We’ve identified enrichment workflows consuming excessive memory (leading to instance restarts) as a contributor to slow loads/errors; mitigation is ongoing.

Mitigation in progress: we reduced cached workflows while investigating high-memory workflows causing slow loads/errors.

We’re investigating an issue causing slow page loads and increased web request errors.
